Superher is a new victim support platform in Telangana with plans to expand nationally. The platform will focus on raising awareness and increasing victim confidence with support system, videos, webinars, an easy registration system, downloadable educational materials, and community outreach. It aims to create a strong network of women volunteers and professionals who will provide support and counseling. Superher will also prioritize fundraising by CSR, foundations, NGOs, and individual donors. By focusing on these foundational and scaling aspects, Superher intends to empower victims and build a sustainable, impactful support system starting in Telangana before expanding across India.

ARC - Architectural Review CommitteeUpdated:7/9/2025The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is a committee appointed by the Board of Directors. They are responsible for the maintenance of the <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://www.pchoa.com/document_view.asp?id=720">Homeowners Association Guidelines</a> for homeowners to follow when considering exterior changes to their home or yard. These Guidelines are an explanation of the <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://www.pchoa.com/document_view.asp?id=280">Declarations and Covenants</a> that are attached to each homeowners lot. Please read them carefully. The ARC will be happy to provide recommendations if so requested. To initiate a request please complete and submit the <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://www.pchoa.com/document_view.asp?id=608">ARC Request Form</a>.The ARC meets on the last Thursday of each month, at 7:00 PM.
