ARC - Architectural Review Committee

The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is a committee appointed by the Board of Directors. They are responsible for the maintenance of the Homeowners Association Guidelines for homeowners to follow when considering exterior changes to their home or yard. These Guidelines are an explanation of the Declarations and Covenants that are attached to each homeowners lot. Please read them carefully. The ARC will be happy to provide recommendations if so requested. To initiate a request please complete and submit the ARC Request Form.

The ARC meets on the last Thursday of each month, at 7:00 PM. Be sure to check the Calendar for any adjustments due to holidays.
